I don't know what this man is guilty of.. but his picture is frightening.
In today's TRI:
Accused Florida station owner Doug Wilhite is still in jail, though a judge reversed a “frivolous” arrest. The News-Journal is tracking the complex case involved the owner of WELE, Ormond Beach (1380) and his various legal problems. The paper quotes the judge saying the Thursday night arrest of Wilhite was based on a “frivolous” anonymous tip about him allegedly packing up his boat, perhaps ready to take flight. The judge set aside the $1.5 million bail and ordered him released Friday on his own recognizance – and the paper says the prosecutor and investigators were “stunned” by the ruling, right there in the courtroom. But as of Friday night, Wilhite was still in a jail in Volusia County on an earlier charge – and he’s going to trial today.
In the event he is trying to avoid the "looks creepy so must be guilty" conviction. This picture will do him no favors.
